Android : Android layout swipe to navigate

I am trying to understand how I can achieve the following scenario: I have a FrameLayout that presents stuff. I want to be able to swipe up / right / left so that FrameLayout will be dragged until I swipe it off the screen. Below, a new FrameLayout will be presented. And it goes endlessly.

That is, I am trying to figure out:

1. How to detect the gestures


2. How to move the FrameLayout respectively


3. Is there a lib that someone wrote that does that?
