The Eclipse console says:
"[2014-07-06 21:28:33 - (My App Name)] WARNING: Found both android-support-v4 and android-support-v13 in the dependency list.
[2014-07-06 21:28:33 - (My App Name)] Because v13 includes v4, using only v13."
It was working before for awhile and now it is not working. It also says:
"This Android SDK requires Android Developer Toolkit version 23.0.0 or above.
Current version is 22.6.2v20140321031-1085508.
Please update ADT to the latest version."
I went into the SDK and updated everything. I updated it to the current version, 23.02. I closed Eclipse, reopened it, and pressed F5 over all of the contents of my workspace. 2 of my apps still say that there are errors and when I go to make a new Android App Project, the build version dropdown is empty and I am unable to proceed to making an app.
When I go to Windows -> Preferences -> Android it tells me that I need to update my ADT. Isn't that what I just did? What am I missing?
