Android : how to apply noise effect to live camera in android

I'm a new android devloper.I wanted to apply noise effect to my camera view i'm using GPUImage from github https://github.com/CyberAgent/android-gpuimage but I couldn't find the noise effect.I tried to create it by myself and I found the code for Vertex and fragment shaders ,but it didn't work.Any help is much appreciated.
