Android : How to calculate ad revenue in android Phone apps

I am a new App developer. I want to do a feasibility study for my idea. The revenue generation is only done using in-app advertisements.

Scenario: User starts the app, an ad is shown (Interstitials type). Then during the normal process of the app, Banner ads will be shown (at the bottom of the screen). After, at the end, another add will be shown.

Given that 1000 users download and use this app (minimum 3 impressions), how much eCMPs I would get. What does that convert in money $ value approximately.
