Android : Synchronized menthod in Asystask. Asyntask is not thread, is it?

When I clik a button a call asynctask. In Doinbackgournd of Asysnctask I call a Synchronized menthod. So will second AsynsT start when frist complete the Synchronized menthod. Thanks
