Android : Android emulator failed to load/repairable

I want to install the android emulator, so using this link under the SDK Tools Only I downloaded the android-sdk_r23.0.2-windows.zip when I open AVD Manager.exe I get this screen:

I get 2 errors and even after searching both of them I have no idea what to do to fix them, even I got this errors I decided to try creating new emulator so I pressed Create

This time the problem is that I can't even press the ok button no matter what options I choose, I assume this is because the previous 2 errors, if anyone know how to fix these problems I will be very thankful.
