Android : Android: Not able to find how to extract web text, save a web page and load the saved web page

I wanted to save some text from the web page, Say wiki, for which am not able to findout a satisfactory way to do.

So was trying to understand how a web page is saved and loaded back when needed.

From the Search, found that saveWebArchive() will help in saving the file, but couldnt understand where this file will be saved and how to show this saved webpage?
