Android : Can i post twitter cards on users timeline

Hi i am creating a mobile APP in which a user takes a Photo from its ANDROID/IPHONE and posts it on twitter and the post is using a Gallery Card,Photo Card i have registered at https://dev.twitter.com it is giving me instructions on integrating on my website but i just want to know if we can post it as Gallery Card,Photo Card on a user timeline.
