Android : Gps returns one day ahead. In which version is it fixed?

I have read these two questions. Android : Samsung Galaxy Tabs and Android 2.2 Devices Showing GPS date 1 Day Advance from 1st jan 2012 and gps returns one day ahead?

One of my customers has android 4.0.4 galaxy p3100 tab2 and he has this issue in his device.

I want to know that In which version of Android or galaxy devices the issue is fixed? Is it announced in any official site?
