Android : how can I create scrolling down view in android homescreen widget?

I want to create scroll down home screen widget like scroll view, but scroll view isn't supported at home screen widget and it's not loading.

despite that I saw some application that allow to scroll down like Gtasks widget https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.dayup.gtask
