Android : How to covert .csv to .db(or .sql to .db) [on hold]

I'd like to use database file with extension .db in my app.

But I can't convert .db file from .csv file.

I have only .csv file but not .db file.

How do I convert .csv to .db?

with utility?

I already found 'Adanced Converter' but charged.
