Android : Scroll custom view with listview

I have MyView on the top of my screen. Below I've a listview. When I start scroll down listview - MyView move up and disappeared with the same speed as I scrolling listview. And my listview move to the top of the screen. When I ,suddenly, scroll up listview - then MyView shows on the top and listview move below MyView.
