Android : Send JavaScript Query from Android App

I want to retrieve data from this website: http://www.dhcc.ae/Portal/en/healthcare/doctors.aspx#page=1

I want to extract specifically all pediatric doctors from the 71 pages, but it would be more efficient if I could extract from the 3 pages generated after selecting pediatrics from the dropdown menu of "Specialty".

I'm not really familiar with how to request a specific javascript query from with the android application from the website as both the whole 71 pages and the filtered 3 pages have the same URL.
