Android : Unfortunately, XYZ has stopped

i am new in android development and working on some test application that has no error's at all. Whenever i run my application an error occurred "Unfortunately, "xyz" has stopped working" i thought maybe my application has some error but then i create a blank project and try to run as it created it also throw the same error. My lower target version is 2.2 to 4.4(api 20)
