Android : Writing a Mobile Based Operating System [on hold]

I want to write a mobile based OS. I am familiar with C, C++, Python and Java(learning). I have Google(d), but all I found was some books for computers. Please tell me is there any book or website that explains the aspects and algorithms for writing a mobile based OS with examples? Also the tools involved? Thanks!
