Android : Android : how to debug application without signatures

There are two projects(Main project and Second project) using same shareUserID. The main project export signed application package. I give this main_signed.apk to others to develop Sendcond project.It's necessary to signatures that the second project can be install. Is there any other ways to debug without signatures? Thanks.
