Android : Automatically save phone numbers during phone conversations into the clipboard

Is there a way or an app in Android to copy phone numbers of current conversations into the clipboard automatically ? I want when I get a phone call from a number which is not in my contacts to be able to paste the number into a web app during the phone conversation.
