Android : Create Notification when my mobile it´s in a date

I´m trying to create a new Notification that will appear when a day has come. For example: Today is 8 of September of 2014 and i want create a notification for tomorrow.

It´s like when your calendar reminds you something that you put a month ago

Could someone tell me how can i create a notification like the calendar when i´m in a specific day?
