Android : how to make apk installation password protected?

I want to make my apk installation password protected.That means when user try to install my apk from google play or SD card,it will prompt user to enter user id and password in order to authenticate himself.If user provides correct user id and password then only my apk will be installed on user's android device.How is it possible?
