Android : In android how to add the steps in pictures?

I want to make an android app. where in registration page i have 3 activities:--

1. 
   

   first page for name and password

   
   


2. 
   

   enter phone number

   
   


3. 
   

   sureity of the account

   
   

i have done this..But I want like this picture.. means i need 3 roundshape for 3 activities,when 1st page is correct goes to next page and the round shape pic or whatever will automatically changes color. How can I do that??
