Android : Information on how to make my android app interactive

I am new to android and recently working on an android app for my faculty at school.I was really looking for a way to add more interactivity to my app like page slides and the rest.I was thinking is the is a frame work for mobile apps that can help enhance interactivity and animations on my app the same way there is bootstrap framework for websites.Please i will be waiting on your ideas and solution, Thanks
