Android : Need to open multiway map in Google Maps Application on Android

I have a link https://www.google.co.in/maps/dir/28.4031854,77.3182631/28.594274,77.332795/28.719887,77.125978/28.4681906,77.0013865 which i want to open in the google maps application on my android. On giving it as href, it prompts for Google Maps or Browser, on selecting google maps, it shows path for only 2 points but i need all the points.
