Android : Unable to access Android xml graphical layout in eclipse

I cant edit anything in Graphical Layout option of any xml file in Android SDK . Till yesterday it was working fine but i am not able to edit/add anything in it .Yesterday i worked in API 20 and it was working fine but today it is showing error

Exception raised during rendering: com/ibm/icu/util/ULocale

Exception details are logged in Window > Show View > Error Log

Things that i have tried to fix the issue (but its still not working) are :

• restarted eclipse


• right click xml file open with xml editor


• start a new project

After reading out all answers regarding xml edit querry on stackoverflow ,it still isnt helping out .Is there any way with which this bug can be fixed and i can continue working in API 20 ??
