I Am new to programming.I want to create an app that can be used in my college.the app should have members registered and share the information between them.if anyone shares an info it should reach all people.may be am weak in explaining.hope u get it.please help me,how to make such app,do i need to read any book,watch any specific videos.any suggestion is helpful.
