Android : how to send response to which has to picked by android app in php laravel

I want to send response in php which has to be picked by Android app. The php panel is based on Laravel framework. Could anybody please let me know the flow. Or can I use php code to send the response without worrying about Laravel framework. I am not too sure about the compatibility.
