Android : Why Android ble scan app can't detect raspberry iBeacon advertising?

I just downloaded the app that scan bluetooth low energy devices here :

When I launch this app, it's scanning but it can't find the raspberry device whereas the raspberry is advertising.

I'm assuming there is a problem in the application because when I'm testing the scan with an other app such as 'nRF Master Control Panel', it finds the beacon advertising coming from the raspberry...

For the advertising, I'm using node.js and bleno with the code at the beginning here :
