Android : Phone Restarts on Run (Android)

I recently created an android application it is on my phone , and I use it normally , now the issue is when I try adding new features to it I have to run from eclipse to test on the phone . Well sometimes when I run it from eclipse the phone restarts and i have to run again a second time or a third so that it works and that the updates are added . After that whenever I use it directly from phone it works well . I find this very strange , please help
