Android : Should i build Native App or Hybrid App on Mobile for social media ?

I have a website like pinterest and now i want to create Android and iOs app for it. What's platform should i use ? I just test this app : http://puzzing.com/welcome/iphone. Is it native or hybrid ? My idea same with puzzle app. Please give me a suggestion. Thanks you so much !
