Android : cant connect my physical device to the mysql database in wamp server

Here are the simple android program i was investigate , and it run normally when it was operate on the emulator,however when i run on the physical device,it cant working for me,just authorising user and keep loading non-stop.

NOTE: i have try a lot of solution from the internet included this site that suggest to change the 10.0.2.2 to the ip address of my laptop ip address for example 192.168.1.150,however it still cant work.
