Android : Center radio button compound drawable

Quick question. How to center radio button compound drawable? By default, radio button has four positions(left, top, right, bottom) to place drawable. I've also tried setting background of radio button by creating xml bitmap with center gravity, but drawable is stretched. I have radio group with three radio buttons and every button has layout_weight=1.
