Android : site with collected differences in vendor android apis?

does some site, wiki, ... exist where 'all' the differences in the vendor apis are collected, i.e. where a developer has to pay attention?

We developed an app where we have to use different classes to let the user draw on a view - depending if he's using a samsung device or not. It would be priceless to have a collected database with all those information.
