Android : Android 4.0.0 (API 14) missing in the latest SDK?

I am installing latest Android SDK and I found out that Android 4.0.0 (API 14) is missing.

Did Google remove API 14 from SDK? I didn't find any release notes for that in http://developer.android.com/tools/sdk/tools-notes.html


Any ideas? Thanks!
