Android : Android How to display all PDF files in a Directory and open them on click

I have made a Android Image to PDF converter and i am storing all the PDF created in sdcard/ImageToPDF But to open them I have to use a 3rd party file browser to open it. Can anyone provide me a simple code to list all pdf in that directory in list or gridview and open them in a PDF reader app present in phone on click.
