Android : Android Multiple interactive views inside one aplication (like 4 frames interactable inside one website)

What i need is if its possible in Android to have an application that can have 4 users having 4 rectangles of a screen, and interact with each portion of it.

Like having 4 frames in a website and every user can do something else in each frame.

Is it possible to make in android? And if yes how? Its very hard to wrap my head around the idea.
