Android : Changing the days in a Android CalenderView

i have been trying to add a simpel calender to my app. I reordered the days, so the week starts with monday and ends with sunday. But now i want to change the letters above the calender from "M-T-W-T-F-S-S" to "M-D-W-D-V-Z-Z" and possibly the names of the months too, Because my app is not in english. I looked on the Android developer site but i couldn't find anything... http://developer.android.com/reference/android/widget/CalendarView.html

Could you maybe show me a way to do this? or point me in the right direction?
