Android : Desigining an android based game that demonstrates a science topic?

I would like to create an android based game that demonstrates a science topic, I am trying to think about one, but so far I have not got an idea. so far i can make use of the following classes:

the Bitmap and Canvas, Sensors and SurfaceView classes.

I need an idea of a game that that demonstrates a science topic, mainly the game will be developed using the mentioned classes i am still a beginner in android programming.
