Android : How in Android redirect the user to activate the wifi from a web page ou interface?

My Android app uses the wifi, the activation of this WiFi network, FreeWifi, is made on the operator's website.How to call in my app when the network is detected, the page or the interface for the user to enter his identiifiant and password. Thank you for your answers.
