Android : Is it possible to automate uploading App Description and Images for Amazon

Is there any way of updating your descriptions and Images for your app similar to android-publisher API for android play games and iTMSTransport for apple store? I was looking for any standard solutions, but was not able to find any. Right now I was thinking of using browser automation tools, but I was not sure about uploading images with such a stuff.
