Android : "app isn't installed" after rebooting phone

I have a Kyocera Hydro phone with a new 32 GB Sandisc card. I installed one large app so I moved it from the phone memory to the SD card. Then whenever my phone is restarted, the app shortcut is still there but once I click it, I get the "app isn't installed" message. Then I look for it on the "manage apps" window, and it is gone. I didn't have this issue before installing the new SD card. I have tried 3-4 times reinstalling the app and moving it to the SD card, and still the same. Any input is appreciated.
