Android : Screen Mirroring - Android

I would like to implement Screen Mirroring for my app in Android. This is what I'm looking for,

1. 
   

   Ability to screen mirror my app in Desktop Web Browser.

   
   


2. 
   

   Make changes in the web browser - that reflects in the app instantly.

   
   

I'm thinking of doing it this way,

1. Create a Socket connection between Android and PC.


2. Capture screen at regular intervals and send it through socket.


3. Display the received image in Canvas in the web browser.

If there are any tutorials to achieve this? or any open source? Any pointers please.
