Android : how to include pitctures as a type of response on a smart form

currently i do my project graduation in android, i have to create forms wich contains different types of questions like EditText, RadioBouton, CheckBox, DateTime etc, and also i have to create an other type of question wich contains images, for exemple we ask about : what is your favorite car ? and at the same time we should have some picures of some cars, then we should choise our response with a clic in one of theese pictures, so please if you can help me with a tutorial or anything else. thank you in advance.
