Android : Spotify embeds doesn't work in Nexus5 with Android 5.0.1

Spotify-Embeds with the URL scheme "https://embed.spotify.com/?uri=spotify:album:xyz" doesn't work proper within Nexus5 Devices (Android 5.0.1) if spotify app is not installed.

Most Android-Devices handle this embed as expected like:

1. user clicks the embed


2. if the spotify app is available on the device it will start


3. if the spotify app is not available the user is redirected to the play store to download the spotify app

What's happening on Nexus5 with Android Version 5.0.1 without spotify app installed:

1. user clicks the embed


2. URL "https://embed.spotify.com/?uri=spotify:album:xyz" opens in Browser and an error occur: "This App was not found on Device"

What can I do about it?
