Android : Android Voice change and save changed voice as mp3/wav or other audio format

Hello all in my app i need to change the voice (i.e if voice of girl then it sound like monster voice(thick voice) and after that i need to change the frequency of that voice and again i want to save it as mp3 format or any audio format

How it is possible?
