Android : Find Android UI code that I can directly use

I want to design an android app, but don't want to spend time on designing the look and feel of the buttons, background colors, font colors, etc.

Is there any place where I can find code for themes online, which I can directly copy and paste into my app to make the entire app look good?

If there are, please suggest some links.
