Android : Fragments can't do the same function in the same time

I have five Fragments A , B , C , D , E in one Activity called Second Activity and all the Fragments Contains WebView and all the Fragments will load url in the same time when the user click Action Item on the action Bar from a function in Second Activity My problem is that when i click on The Action item to load the url it's just works if i was in Fragment A or B but if i was in fragment C , D , E the application Stop immediately I don't Know why and I hope that you can help me .
