Android : how to create Custom BTLE profile to send and receive data between the client and server..please help me

In a project of supporting peripheral role in the android mobile , came to a point where i can scan and advertise and able to connect also . but want to send request containing specific custom data and in response want to receive custom data from the other side . I wanted to do this by adding a custom profile to the BTLE application layer ..

Please someone tell me how can proceed and learn more about it . thanks and kind regards AJ
