Android : Imported RoundedImageView Library Inside Eclipse Doesn't Work

I've downloaded RoundedImageView from https://github.com/vinc3m1/RoundedImageView , then i've tried it as a jar file or a library project , but when i use RoundedImageView class , it cannot be resolved anyway . i've checked build path and the library section of the project. how can i import it properly? another thing is the folder which i've downaloded from Github doesn't recognized as an android Project through importing , so i had to import it as an Android code.
