Android : Where you can get the modules "Common" and "Input" from? for Android Studio

I am a beginner and I try to follow a step of a tutorial!And they descriped as first step that you need the modules Common and Input in the libs-folder in Android Studio. But I dont know where they get these modules from. (Sorry but I can't post an image because I need 10 "reputations" or something like that..)
