I want to build android apps that can be used for student attandance system. Student's phone will acts as an ID (just push data) and teacher's phone will acts as reader (pull data). So my questions are:
1. I know that 4.4 phone can implements HCE but can an android phone acts as card emulation NFC reader?
2. If it can then which mode is better that i should implemented in this case? advtg vs disadvtg?
3. Where can i get the tutorial, im new :D
