Google Play Service (GMS) has become a real pain. With GSM 6 the leaderboards no longer work with Android 2.3.3 ( though they are supposed to) while the bug reports to GMS team are completely ignored. In addition GMS have become such a monster that some users are forced to delete them to make room for more useful apps.
After Scoreloop stopped operating, I can't find a good alternative for Leaderboards and Achevements. SwarmConnect seems to be all right and I deployed it for my app. However the server doesn't look powerfull enough because I often get Swarm messages "You are offline" when device actually is online and other sites respond all right, while my emails to Swarm support team remain without answer.
Another alternative is Playtomic, but it doesn't offer a server and requires to configure your own server frame.
Is there an alternative to GMS which is as stable and convenient as Scoreloop used to be?
